A minimum advance payment of 50% is required before project commencement. The remaining balance shall be due upon project completion or as per milestones agreed upon.
All content, designs, logos, and materials created by Adsine remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the deliverables transfers to the client, except for any pre-existing intellectual property or third-party licenses.

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness. Delays caused by the client in providing content, feedback, or approvals may extend the project timeline. Adsine will communicate any expected delays promptly.
Adsine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 15 days written notice. In case of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Any advance payments made may be non-refundable based on work already completed.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, login credentials, and any sensitive data.
Adsine reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in U.S. Nagar, Uttarakhand, India.
