  • Minimum Refund Request Period: 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Maximum Refund Request Period: 14 days from the date of purchase.

  2. Review of Request: Our team will review your request and the provided reason. If additional information is required, you will be contacted by our team.
  3. Approval and Processing: If your refund request is approved, it may take between 7 to 14 days for the refund amount to be processed and returned to your original method of payment.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
  • Any service that has been started, regardless of its completion status, is not eligible for a refund.
