Since all our products are software-based and delivered digitally, there is no physical shipping or delivery involved in any of our transactions.
2. Digital Delivery & Activation Timeline
Upon successful payment and account creation, your selected Adsine tools are activated and accessible as follows:
- Free Trial Signup: Instant access β within 60 seconds of registration.
- Paid Subscription Activation: Instant to 5 minutes after payment confirmation from our payment gateway (Razorpay / UPI).
- Plan Upgrades / Downgrades: Effective immediately upon confirmation.
- Annual Plan Renewals: Auto-activated at the start of the new billing cycle.
3. Access Delivery Method
All purchased services are delivered through:
- Your registered Adsine Dashboard at adsine.com/dashboard
- An email confirmation sent to your registered email address with login credentials and onboarding instructions.
- A WhatsApp welcome message (if you opted in during registration) with a direct link to your dashboard.
4. Service Non-Delivery
In the rare event that your service is not activated within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment, please:
- Check your spam/junk folder for activation emails.
- Log in to adsine.com/login using your registered email β access may already be granted.
- Contact our support team immediately with your payment reference/transaction ID.
WhatsApp Support: Available via the chat widget on our website.
Response Time: Within 2β4 business hours on working days (MonβSat, 10 AM β 7 PM IST).
5. Exchange & Plan Switch Policy
Since our products are digital services and not physical goods, a traditional "exchange" does not apply. However, we do provide the following flexibility:
- Plan Switching: You may switch between individual tool plans or upgrade to the Pro Business OS plan at any time from your dashboard. The difference will be pro-rated for the remaining billing period.
- Tool Substitution: If you wish to replace one subscribed tool with a different tool of equal or lesser value within the first 48 hours of purchase, please contact our support team β we will evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis.
- No Physical Exchange: As no physical goods are involved, no return or exchange of tangible items is applicable.
6. International Access
Adsine's digital platform is accessible globally via internet browser. However, our services are primarily designed for Indian businesses and optimized for Indian payment systems (UPI, Razorpay), Indian GST compliance, and Hindi/English language support. We do not provide region-specific physical delivery for any geography.
